The Beach

It was 92 degrees today here in Nj, in April!
Crazy! we went right into summer for a few days.
So we headed to the beach this morning .
It was packed of people . Ashley was so
exictied to go collect seashells.
It was a beauitful day to walk on the beach
and be a family!

It was a beauitful spring day, so ashley did a few of
her favorites things in the yard to keep her busy,
playing with bubbles and making some bracelets.

Happy Earth Day

Happy Earth Day!
Today was Earth Day, so Ashley wanted to start her garden.
Since grandma has a sun room, we started all the seeds inside
in small pots and then we will plant them in the yard when
they get bigger. Also here in NJ we need to wait for the
last frost hopefully soon. Ashley was so funny, Today
grandma was brushing her teeth and she had the water running,
Ashley said" grandma you need to save the water because you
cannot waste water, we need to save the Earth.
Wow! that's from a 4 and half yr old.
We all should listen to our children try to clean up our yards
and save water too. .
It does help!

It was a beauitful day here in nj to go hiking.
So we packed a lunch and some chairs and off we went,
to the Watchung Mts, which are only about half hour from us.
We had some lunch first, then it was time to hike.
it was so nice being together as has family, and just
getting away from it all. enjoy the pictures.

I did it a 3 mile hike, i have lost 40 pounds and now a size 10
i still have more to go but i can hike, run, and do anything with my family.

bed she was done really fast! The easter bunny
left all her favorite books and toys.

The Winner

It was another dance weeknd!
Ashley team took first in their age group
which they compete in 6 under and took 10 th overall.
All the teams took all their division.
Ashley was allowed to take home the team tophy for the
weeknd! she told her daddy do not touch it, "it is the bugs"
We won it! Bugs is the name of the number they dance too.
Go dance starz you girls rock!

Bubble time

You know when it is spring time, when kids
want to play with bubbles. Last week it was
warm out, ashley was outside with no coat on,
well today it is very cold again. The poor
easter bunny is going to need a nice thick layer
of his fur back to keep warm! Think! Spring everyone!
