After breakfast we drove up to Hoboken to Carlo's Bakery. Hoping to meet "The Cake Boss". Buddy was not there. Ashley saw the birthday cake she wanted in the case. So we bought it.
At home after we had dinner, Ashley finally got to enjoy her extremely expensive birthday cake. But it was special day for all of us because Ashley starts Kindergarten tomorrow, so what's $50.00 if it makes our little girl happy.
Here is Ashley with her cake right before we ate the 100 grams of Fat slices, no need to take your Insulin for a month after one of these slices.
Here is Jason trying to cut into the stiff Fondant covered cake, it was a real challenge. But the cake was well worth the trouble.
