first aid day

Today was Port Reading First Aid and Fire Department
had a ceremony for their new albumance and
fire truck. Unlce Wareen who is in the picture
with Ashley is a volunteer emt, he also teaches
first aid,cpr, and other health classes around
the tri state area. It was a hot day,
But avery nice day!

Today it was a beauitful to go Sesame Place.
We went with Ashley's friend Lexi from Preschool.
And Lexi's daddy (neil) and mommy( may) and little brother (wil).
There were no line for the rides. It was nice
having the park to yourself. Ashley went every ride
and met some charcters. Actually there alot of chacters
out today but the time we got to some of them ashley was
tired she just wanted to crash in the car. This is mommy
is tired too ! enjoy the slide show !

It was great relaxing Father's day. We
stayed home in our yard and went in the pool
between raindrops. We also started to do a
puzzle has a family but we did not finish it
yet, we will finish this week. Jason got
a beautiful scrapbook I made for him of his
favorites things, us, fire fighting and motor
cycles all pictures of him. He loved it.
Ashley gave him a special card with a crown
in it, It says King Daddy. Ashley is always
calling herself the princess and Daddy's
the king. It was so amazing how found this card
for today. we all hope everyone had a great
Father's Day!

We went my cousin's Kevin's 30th birthday party.
Wow! It was hot. He was very surprised!
i feel old now my little cousins are growing up.
Ashley had a great time with her cousins.
aunt Denise,uncle Kevin and Karen you all did
a great job. it was a great party.

last day of school

ashley last day of school was tuesday, it way too hot.
The children sang three songs and the olders kids gave the
younger ones stepping ribbions for moving on. They also
did fun games but the kids we were way to hot to do anything.
It is so amazing how much ashley has grown up in to a little
girl, next febraury i have to sign her up for kindergarden.

Ashley finally got to go in the pool today, we were
in for about an hour. She was having a blast.
She can swim by herself with or with out a bubble
on it depends on her mood.
Most of the today was no bubble.
I guess the swim lessons are paying off.
The heat wave needs end soon.
It is way too hotfor this mommy.

Go Ashley Go

It was a hot weekend here in New Jersey ! It
was 90 degrees or higher. there was no breeze in
the air . we had a bbq on Saturday it was so hot.
I think i sweat ed 3 pounds off me. Mommy actually
got go in the pool Sunday night alone. It was refreshing
and relaxing. I am sure and Ashley i will be the pool
alot this week with the heat. i think we are going to use
or pool alot this year. we hope everyone stays cool .

miss tapper

This is Ashley's tap outfit, she loves tap,
she is the youngest one in the class and
knows the whole routine. Go Ashley!

a purple rose

This one of my rose bushes in front of my house.
It is small but has been blooming for 5 years now.
It is a very light purple. Purple is my favorite color.
I guess my dad passed his green thumb onto me,
everything is just coming up so pretty this year.
I Love It!

This weeknd we actually stayed home, and did
some family time together, the weather was perfect.
Saturday night it finally stopped raining so we
hung out in the yard. Ashley and her daddy do some
model clay fish . The clay is by crayola better than
play dough. Sunday we went to a local park and walked
and ashley her rode her 1.5 miles she was tired.
And of couse she went on the swings. It was so nice to
be relaxed and not have go anywhere, hopefully we have
more weekends like this weeknd. I forgot to add mommy
got to sleep this morning until 9:30 am it was great!

Ashley just loves playing board games. you do not
hear that to much anymore with kids in todays
world. she just started playing boggle jr.
First we do it the easy way she can see the picture
and look at the dice and they cover up the picture.
she was very proud she can spell some words .

ashley cannot wait to see the new movie Ku Fu Panda.
she isvery exictied to go see it. we will take her next
week for dinner and a movie. i saw th epreviews it looks
really funny and fun to watch. Jason was helping read
some of the books the other night! she was really into the story.
it almost has the same story line as the nija tutles.
we will see next week how it does in the movies.
